Please note that the Design Guidelines are 196 pages long. You will need to print out the Subdistrict Maps and Checklist separately and insert them into the document where indicated.
Feel free to contact the Planning Department @ 719-685-4398 with any questions. Written comments concerning the Guidelines are also welcome and can be emailed to kkilroy@comsgov.com or delivered to the Planning Department in City Hall @ 606 Manitou Avenue.
