*The Planning Staff will make the final determination regarding which Historic Preservation Commission meeting date a request is scheduled for based on the number of agenda items and on the completeness of applications. A Special Meeting may be scheduled, at the Planning Department’s discretion, for the 3rd Wednesday of the month. (The City Council Hearing date will change for requests heard at a Special Meeting.)

***This submission date falls on a Monday due to a conflict with the Thanksgiving holiday.
Applications are due by 5:00 pm on the day indicated. Incomplete applications will not be processed or scheduled for public hearings. City acceptance of an application, fee and accompanying materials does not constitute completeness. Meetings begin at 7:00 pm in Council Chambers, 606 Manitou Avenue, unless otherwise posted.
